Our Design Process

Creating custom stationery with Peony and Paper Studios is an enjoyable, collaborative journey from concept to finished piece. Here’s how it works:

consult

Let’s start with a friendly chat! During our free consultation, we’ll discuss your event, vision, and any specific ideas or themes you have in mind. Whether you want something classic, whimsical, or coastal, this is your chance to share your dream stationery ideas.

mockup & pricing

After our consultation, I’ll create a preliminary mockup based on your unique vision. This includes initial sketches and potential layouts and fonts, allowing you to get a feel for the final product. I’ll also provide a detailed pricing breakdown tailored to your project at this stage.

final designs & revisions

Once you approve the mockup and pricing, I’ll begin working on the final design. This stage includes two rounds of revisions, so we can refine the details to make sure it’s perfect. I’ll work closely with you to capture every detail and make any final adjustments needed.

printing

When you’re happy with the final design, you have two options for printing:

  • We Print for You: Choose from a range of high-quality paper and finishes, and we’ll handle the printing, packaging, and delivery of your custom stationery.

  • DIY Printing: Prefer to print locally? We can provide you with a high-resolution digital file of your finalized design, ready to be printed at a location of your choice.
