Welcome to Peony and Paper Studios! By purchasing or using our custom stationery services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, please reach out at contact@peonypaperstudios.com.

Overview of Services

Peony and Paper Studios offers custom hand-painted stationery, including invitations, greeting cards, menus, and other paper goods. Our designs are created for personal use only, and any resale, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited without express permission.

Design Process and Timeline

Our process includes:

• Consultation: A free initial consultation to discuss your vision, event details, and design preferences.

• Mockup & Pricing: After consultation, we’ll provide a design mockup and a personalized quote.

• Revisions: Up to two revisions are included with each project.

• Final Design: Approval of the final design.

• Printing: We offer printing services or digital files for self-printing.

The standard timeline from consultation to delivery is typically 4-6 weeks. Rush orders may be available upon request, subject to an additional fee.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon final design approval. You will receive invoices via email of the deposit and the remaining balance. Orders will not be shipped or released until full payment is received.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our services, all deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a cancellation request is made after the final design is approved, no refunds will be given. In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and materials created by Peony and Paper Studios are the exclusive property of Peony and Paper Studios and are protected by copyright law. By purchasing our services, clients receive a license for personal use only. No part of the design may be modified, reproduced, or resold without written permission from Peony and Paper Studios.

Printing Terms

For clients opting to print designs elsewhere, Peony and Paper Studios is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party printing, including color accuracy, paper quality, or delays. We recommend high-quality printing services for the best results and are happy to advise on specifications.

Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $25 per revision. We are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your final design.

Limitation of Liability

Peony and Paper Studios is not liable for any damages resulting from delays, shipping issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In no event shall Peony and Paper Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
